What Smoky does

Smoky helps users find designated smoking areas and request walking directions. The app is designed to avoid shipping the full spot database inside the mobile application.

Information we process

• Approximate map area and selected spot IDs when loading nearby spots.
• Device-generated install ID used for route limits, subscription state, and ad rewards.
• Location permission data on your device when you choose to use nearby spots or directions.
• Purchase/subscription status through RevenueCat.
• Rewarded ad and consent signals through Google AdMob and Google UMP.
• Sponsor banner impressions and clicks when a sponsored card is shown or opened.

How we use information

We use this information to show nearby smoking spots, provide walking routes, enforce free-route limits, unlock Pro access, grant rewarded-ad route credits, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.

Third-party services

Smoky uses RevenueCat for subscription management, Google AdMob and UMP for rewarded ads and consent, map/routing providers for map and walking route features, and backend hosting/database providers to run the API.
